Certification / Development of transportation suppliers
This is a knowledge package property of the Wachter Group that allows the transporter to achieve the lower possible level of risk exposure to patrimonial damage during the transportation of merchandises (high jacking, petty theft). The program does not imply expenses or additional investment to those transporters who have the necessary infrastructure, because the program is based of better practices and the better use of available infrastructure and technology. By means of this program we can achieve:
To decrease to the minimum possible the risk of robbery during the transportation of goods, without affecting the cost of transportation, with the additional opportunity to improve times and efficiency.
To increase to the maximum possible the opportunity of recovery should a robbery occur.

The program includes:
Existing transportation suppliers diagnostic. It is a review intended to determine the general characteristics of the carriers and if they have the minimum levels of infrastructure (premises, equipment, personnel and procedures) that would allow them to comply with the security standards that we look for.
Review of routes, times and frequencies.
The definition of the minimum security measures that will have to be followed during the transportation of goods.
Security Agreement. It is the draft of an agreement to incentivize the carriers to comply with the security measures and procure the safekeeping of the property of the customer.
Policies and procedures package. That are specifically developed for each customer in the matters of minimum security preventive and reactive measures for the transportation of goods.
